Going into this album, I was a little worried. I enjoyed kid, but was not a fan of dream on when it was released. That being said, I’m glad I gave ox a fighting chance. Denny’s and Kicking up Shadows will probably be some of my favorite palace songs to date. I also recently heard this album live and fell even more in love with it than I already was.
