palace

Possibly the best palace album to date. Not only does this album have “live well,” it also has “bitter”, “holy smoke” AND “so long forever.” If they ever rerelease this in vinyl, you bet I will be fighting tooth and nail to get it. Live well is truly just such an amazing song. I truly do not believe that there is a bad song on this album.

One of my favs of all time.

Going into this album, I was a little worried. I enjoyed kid, but was not a fan of dream on when it was released. That being said, I’m glad I gave ox a fighting chance. Denny’s and Kicking up Shadows will probably be some of my favorite palace songs to date. I also recently heard this album live and fell even more in love with it than I already was.
