terms of service
welcome to soundspace. by using the site you agree to these terms. they're short on purpose — read them.
who can use soundspace
you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. if you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. one person per account.
your account
you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. keep your password to yourself. if someone else gets in, that's on you to tell us so we can help. don't impersonate other people or pretend to be an artist you're not.
your content
when you post a review, reply, or anything else, you keep ownership of what you wrote. you grant soundspace a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that content on the platform. that's it — we don't sell your reviews to anyone, we don't train external models on them, and we don't share them off-platform without your permission.
you're responsible for what you post. don't post anything you don't have the right to post.

music + artwork
soundspace surfaces music metadata and 30-second previews from apple music. artwork, song titles, and artist info belong to their respective rights-holders. we don't host full songs and you can't download full tracks from us.
moderation + termination
we can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion. for repeated or severe violations, we may permanently delete accounts. you can delete your own account anytime by emailing info@soundspace.fm.
