one of those songs where the wordplay is actually clever without trying too hard to be deep. It gets the point across really plainly, which honestly makes it hit more.

I also like that it’s written from the perspective of realizing your partner is tired of hearing the same promises and apologies over and over. It’s catchy, but there’s still that exhausted heartbreak underneath it.
